Questions how to take better care of my plant.? I’m pretty sure I overed watered it. Just want to know how often you guys water a Cylindrical snake plant and any other tips for care..? #CylindricalSnakePlant #care #Watering
1ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage
Last watered 3 years ago
The yellowing is from overwatering, not sure about that brown stalk though. I always feel the dirt before I water my snake plants and if it's still damp to the second knuckle I leave it, so probably once every couple of weeks depending on how much sun it gets and what type of soil it's in.
@tmbryant37 ok I see. The plant mostly gets indirect sunlight and it’s in cactus/succulent and perlite mix. I definitely start watering less.
@tmbryant37 thank you
Yes. Mine does well near the grow light & humidifier most of the day. These plants do well when you ignore them for awhile. Definitely start watering less and honestly, once she starts looking better, put her in a place where she just can hang out.
Here’s mine.
@Guerms Happy to help!
@ModestlyTimeout sorry I didn’t see your message. Wow yours look pretty great. Mine is still in a rough shape and is getting worse. It’s near a south face window so that might be the problem
@tmbryant37 Good advice!
