I hope everyone has had a good week! Has the time change made your day go by faster or slower? For me it seems like it’s been going by faster. ⏩
For this #FreshLeafFriday I wanted to post my *almost* finished planter that I got a couple weeks ago. There is one more spot left, which I plan to fill this weekend after a trip to my fave local nursery! I’ve came to a sad conclusion that I no longer will be purchasing plants from my Home Depot because sadly the last several plants I’ve gotten from there, have had some fungal issue that either spreads to my other plants, or kills the plant I purchased. Despite throughly inspecting them when purchasing, there is just some things that the human eye can’t see, or it looks healthy but the disease hasn’t fully set in yet..
Anyways on a better note I’ve got pictures of my finished planter, I will list the plants in order of the tiers starting from bottom up. 📈🌿
•Bottom- Graptoveria ‘Debbie’ , Graptopetalum ‘Super Bum’ & Echeveria PVN 💜 all these are purple toned, although the graptopetalum & PVN aren’t visible in the picture because they are in the back. So I willwil attach photos of them. (Photo 3)
•Middle- Varigated SOH, & Calico Hearts (Andromiscus Trifloris). 💕This tier is the one that has a remaining spot left.
•Top- Echeveria ‘Green Pearl’, Echeveria ‘Atlantis’, Sedum Clavatum, & Echeveria ‘Elegans’. 🌿 #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #Succulents #Succulent #GrowingSuccs bloomingSuccs">#bloomingSuccs #OutdoorGrowing #Echeveria #StringOfHearts #Graptoveria #Graptopetalum #sedumclavatum #sedum

@RefinedSandwort for sure! I agree about the filling out as it grows! I’m so excited to see how it looks over time! The possibilities are endless with this planter I would recommend it to anybody !

@PoniesAndPlants right ! When I first saw them I was in love too! I had to have them, so I ordered them from planet desert cause I could never find them in a store. If you get one I recommend getting it from planet desert website, they have super healthy plants, they are packaged well, and a good size for the price (well established) this was a baby, that I split from the big one. So I basically got two plants in one! The one pictured is the adult. This is a couple months ago, it’s much taller now
@TidyTigerpear thank you for the recommendation! I am a little afraid of needing to take out a personal loan if went on those sites…but it’s just a matter of time…and they are like NOTHING ELSE. They’re kind of like a shamrock but something about them reminds me of carnivorous plants…not sure what that’s about. I just love succulents. This family is sooooo diverse and they’re always surprising me. I go through phases where I just want mimicry plants (ooooh my anacampseros “sunrise” has 3 pups and she’s working on 2 more so if you have any desire to adopt one!) and then I go through big echeveria phases (like I am currently). Occasionally sedums…they are just all so lovely!
@PoniesAndPlants mine just had three pups also! It must be there growing season !
They are still babies tho. I love echeveria but I don’t always have the best of luck because of lighting , but now that it’s summer hopefully that will change. And sure if you wanna let me adopt one of your baby Anacampseros I’m always down for more plants! Those are so easy and low maintenance I always have good luck with those so I would be willing to take those on! Thank you (:
