@alex ahhhh the uws. My family lived there for gosh.. over 50 years? So many great memories. I miss it so. I still bring my kids to Riverside park in the summer to play.

There’s a Flower District on 28th street between 7th and 8th Ave that has a ton of plant shops along the whole block that probably has the widest selection.

I also shop at PlantShed on the UWS and sometimes The Sill.

@poisonivy213 I buy mostly from NYC people selling in Facebook groups. There is a thriving plant Buy/Sell/Trade groups for NYC on Facebook. I also stop by at Planted by Christy in LIC here and there to see what they have (I live in Astoria). Also, I have heard good things about Dahing Plants. I've been meaning to check that place out.
