It's normal for the lowest leaves (which are the oldest leaves) to occasionally die off as a normal part of their growth cycle. Just let it completely dry out and then remove it or let it fall off on its own.
That said, I see two potential issues with this set up. One, the pot doesn't have any drainage holes at the bottom, and two it's too big (more specifically, there's too much soil for just those three tiny plants). Without drainage, when you water it just sits in the soil, and when succulents sit in damp soil they will rot. Same issue with there being too much soil: after you water, the roots can only absorb what they need, then after that they're left sitting in a bunch of excess damp soil. Find a pot with plenty of drainage holes, no bigger than 3-4" across. Terracotta pots are the best for succulents because they're porous, which helps the soil dry out faster. The faster the soil dries out, the less chance of your plants rotting. Also, be sure to only water when the soil is completely dried out. When in doubt, it's always better to under water than overwater 🤓

Welcome to Greg, Gabriella! The leaf on the bottom right plant looks cute- it might not be dying. It might just be going through different colors as it grows.
Your set-up is adorable! I love seeing little extras in with plants.
May of my succulents have multi-colored leaves depending on how much sun they are getting. I think your plants look great!
