Can anyone help me figure out what Betti needs? Her leaves have drooped.

Short answer: more light. Echeveria love lots of direct sunlight to stay compact. You can behead it, let the cut callous over, and plant the cutting into cactus mix and move to a brighter spot.

Would a grow light work? I don’t get lots of direct sunlight in my apt. And if I move it to my bedroom the only place it can sit on it right above my heater
