Nice πŸ‘πŸ» I’m working on attempting an olive tree prop πŸ™πŸΌ but boy oh boy it’s taking a very long time πŸ˜…
@NovelArugula oooh!!! AN OLIVE TREE?!?! How amazing !!! I’m so excited to see!! Best of luck to you and your tree! :)🌱 the wait will be worth it!!
@Prentyce I’m hoping! If I don’t turn 100 first πŸ˜‚
Hello! Looking good and love the bottle!
I absolutely love what you did with your plant as you can see my plant has lost some leaves. Not recently but in the beginning, but they have never grown back so I started watching a couple of videos online and on YouTube and I decided to put some growth home ones in that spot after I did some noting so hopefully this helps but if not sad to say I’m going straight to the bottle. I have a couple of wine bottles that I didn’t really know what to do and I’m always decorating something so I’ll probably decorate it and put it in the wine bottle just like you did yours. The only thing I don’t know is do I cut the roots off the plant and stuffed them all in the wine bottle or do I cut the stem it’s itself thank you.❀️❀️❀️ #Cleopatra #rubbertree
@GreenPurpose thank you SO MUCH!! We finally upgraded to potted plant🀩πŸ₯ΉπŸ˜πŸ˜ 5 months later!! HAHAHA
@Prentyce I thinking of getting some rescue plants just to propagate. What do you think? πŸ€”
@Blessedladybug Barbara that is so exciting and AMAZING! I had the same issue with my council tree.. he lost all his LEAVES! (Pics 1-3 are when I first got and repotted him) I thought his life was next and he was dead! They are so resilient! The wine bottle is perfect for a tree top cutting!!πŸ€©πŸ™ˆ if you want to use the wine bottle but have too many roots, have you tried tempering glass before?!πŸ™ˆπŸ€© https://youtu.be/Wj1gjqIKn1Y?si=p-IKZ6z6fkF-diQo (link to cutting glass in half with hot & cold water) I love rooting hormone!! I will say, I have not had success with it on upper leaf regions, but I have had great success with Keiki paste!!🀩πŸ₯Ή pics of 4 month difference for the bottom cutting of the rubber tree!!! (Photo 4/5) if you wanted you could totally chop below the last leaf and prop in the wine bottle!! That’s what I did :)
@GreenPurpose oh my gosh yes!! Definitely quarantine for sure. I have so many from Peace Love Happiness Club 🀣🀣 what are you thinking?! I’m all ears and all in!!🀩😭
Soo very jealous. I'm trying but my girl is being a bit of a "b****". Not sure how long it takes to get roots but it's been around a month possibly more .
@ActualBaibua89 it took me … 5 months!! I ruined the roots 2 times, suffered rot and learned A LOT! Please tell me more about your situation! I would love to assist any way I can!! :). I am using products! I have this combo that really took it next level. Between that and chopping it closer to the top (where the leaves were emerging) lead to the root ball I felt comfortable putting planting :)
@ActualBaibua89 the products!! Super Thrive , Prop Drops & Mycorrhizae !!
@Prentyce which Keiki paste?
@SvelteDevilsivy this one!! I forking swear by it.. I have new blooms on my orchids! :D new anthurium Veitchii growth, new rubber tree leaves on council, ruby & literally every variety of pothos I have (to name some- golden, snow queen, skeleton key, etc..) It’s not cheap so I wanted my moneys worth and expiremented on every plant I owned :,) BHAHA almost every plant! I did cacti but I’m no good with node identification on those so it went a little crazy, but kept the Kalanoche alive somehowπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ₯Ή I circled the new growth… this is 4 months though :,) just so you know are aware the timeframe bahaha :)
