how can i propagate my lipstick echeveria? sometimes healthy leaves fall off and i’ve read and seen posts u can propagate but i can’t quite find the best way to do it successfully.

@NewAloeblueelf I’ve been trying for YEARS with all kinds of succulents and have never had a single one root! They all just shrivel and dry up. I’ve tried different amounts of water. I have no clue what I’m doing wrong!
