Hello new to this community. Unfortunately the “diagnose” feature doesn’t work or non existent. Can someone please help me with my plant? Got some browning going on here. Thanks in advance.

Numero uno: is there drainage? I see it's in a nursery pot with a cache pot, are you draining excess water after watering?
Numero dos: at what dryness is the soil when you water? As in, to what soil depth is it dry as a ratio over the total soil depth.
Numero tres: is that the nursery's soil, or is it your own? What is it composed of?

I have a meter to read the moisture, ph etc, there is drainage, I took it out of the pot bc it was in a ceramic pot and put it on the paper to drain more. I have another one that is doing extremely well and really large. I think this one was too moist from when I bought it and I should’ve allowed to drain more.
@ZealRubyball10 is it near AC/heater/vents? That would cause a humidity issue [which, btw, they need at least 60-70%].
The big leaf does look kinda mushy, like blister. You could check the roots for rot just in case
