New umbrella plant and mystery calathea
I bought new plants today lads… an #UmbrellaPlant and something I’m not sure of yet… potentially a Calathia of some kind?? There was a big sale sticker over the identifying label so will try and salvage it tomorrow but man, it’s been a while since I’ve got some new plants so I’m a bit excited. They’re in plant jail for a few weeks in the spare room - but I’ll add them to my plant list on here tomorrow!
My partner was actually more receptive than he used to be, mostly because he knows I use Greg so faithfully to help care for our indoor garden! So thanks #GregGang for helping me so much with my plants. This community has helped with my mental health more than I could have imagined too, and that gave me the confidence to go to the garden centre today, something I wouldn’t have been able to do a few months ago. Forcing myself to care for my plants the best I can, is making me look after me too, again, something I wasn’t doing a few months ago either.
I don’t know if anyone will read this, but thanks for answering my questions and making me a better plant parent and person too. Community matters more than I remembered, and this one is really good for me 💚🌱
