Tissue culture update!

**The first picture is from 3 weeks ago when they were transferred from agar, the second photo is today!**

So I planted these cultures 23 days ago and they are doing really well! Last Friday, I opened the vent on the lid of the seed tray to lessen the humidity and they seemed ok with it. I gave them a water and placed them back under the grow light with the lid on, vent open. This Friday, I’ll be able to remove the lid for good and place them in my east facing window.
Despite the pink banana Musa losing all of its roots during the agar clean, it has lost 3 leaves but unfurled 2 new leaves! The pink color is also showing on the leaves now!

In about 4 weeks, I’ll separate them into their permanent pots! We’re so close!! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #tissueculture #Philodendron #PhilodendronJungleFever #pinkbananatree #philodendronredanderson #NewGrowth
So awesome! Good job πŸ™ŒπŸΌ I don’t have the confidence or conditions to try this yet, but you’ve inspired me to put it on my plant goals list πŸ’šπŸͺ΄
@BabeVila Thank you!! ❀️ it’s definitely easier than I thought it would be! And really rewarding! I highly recommend trying it! If you do, Plants in jars on YouTube has some great info! Here’s her link:
