She’s flowering! That’s lovely. I’ve heard they smell like cinnamon. Mine have never flowered.

yes! i don't know if you can see but the flower seems to be a compound flower, and each day a few more of the sub-flowers stretch out and open. what a slow process, i wonder if it goes faster when not in winter 🇧🇷 ? but fun to watch

@ehery I see it! It must be amazing to watch. It probably does go faster in the spring. I’m in summer here in the US and I think it’s just been too hot for them to put out any effort beyond starting alive. 😅 💚

@JazzyGardeNerd they are a bit finnicky! partial sun, not too much, not too little, just riiiight 🤣 i have a second flower blooming now. the first one i cut and stuck in the soil after fully blooming. hopefully will prop for me
