Did you check the roots when you repotted your tree?
You did a great job on the soil adding perlite! ππ»
The reason I ask if you checked the roots is because your plant is showing all the signs of being overwatered.
The yellowing, leaf dropping, the curl even the texture of the leaves show it is being drowned. The leaves should be smooth the bumpiness indicates edema in the leaves. As does the little bits of brown in some of the leaf edges. The older leaves should be a dark green.
If you did not check the roots I would take it out of the pot and check them if there is any brown, black or mushy roots they will need to be cut off and the remainder treated with a soak of 1 part peroxide/ 3 parts water. The soil and pot will also need to be sterilized if there is rot present. Otherwise the bacteria will still be in the soil and on the pot.
I recommend fresh soil if this is the case. If you must use the same soil flush with peroxide mix being careful that all parts are soaked. Itβs risky because if you miss any the bacteria will spread again.
For the pot scrub with soap and water and follow with a peroxide/ water scrub.
Then repot.
Try not to water on a schedule. Stick your finger in the soil knuckle deep. If it is cool to touch or feels damp wait and check again in a couple of days. Only water when needed.
Donβt be afraid to check the roots these plants are incredibly durable and will be fine. But if the roots have rot without treatment it will spread and eventually kill you plant baby.

Thank you @SuperbRaspfern I did check the roots and they were good and put new soil with the perlite when I repotted it and I had gave a little water from the bottom I try not to overwater I always check all my plants with the moisture meter or I use my fingers to test soil before watering so now I let it adjust to the new soil
