@FitMastic52 Hi!! My rubber plant did the same thing when I brought it home. I thought I had provided enough light, but ended up getting a grow light for it. It stopped dropping leaves after that.
The other thing to consider is humidity. Unless you have humidifier or a pebble tray, it might be indicating it needs more humidity. But since it looks like it lives next to bookshelf, I would be hesitant to add moisture in that spot😂.
Colorado is a bit on the dry side for these babies, and it may lose a few leaves if you just bought it and got it home. It will acclimate to its new home soon enough.

I’ve had it for a while and I don’t know why it started doing that. It’s getting new leaves, so I was wondering what was wrong.
