Hey guys! Is this plant a Golden Barrel cactus or a Golden Ball cactus? Other pictures I have seen of golden barrels look nothing like this plant, but every single plant identifier I have ever used says this plant is a Golden Barrel. Thoughts? #UnknownSuccs #helpneeded

It’s not really round like a golden barrel, so my guess would be the golden ball

@bigloafofbread because it looks very similar to the "Golden Tower Cactus" and the spines feel like coarse hair.

@FairyFly If you rub to the top of the plant, the spikes hurt. If you rub down the spikes don’t hurt you.

@bigloafofbread I really do believe it is a Parodia Leninghausii "Yellow Tower Cactus". (Sorry, I accidentally typed golden earlier.)
