My favorite are GE. I like the Barina lights as well. I generally price track and snag the 6 packs when the price is right and it equals out to about $10 per light.
Get what you can when you can. You can also get grow light BULBS and stick in a lamp. I like the flexible multi arm lamps so I can point in different directions.
