Started with two plants back in 2024. Somehow gained 6 new plants in one weekend.

Plant mom phase

Sounds like you're getting a hang of plant math πŸ˜πŸ˜‰
@ballondusoleil yeah most definitely! I’ve got four more coming.
@LucidAgapanthus πŸ˜‚πŸ€£
Literally me
The real question I have is; when does the phase stops 😳🀭🀭
@ApRiseandShine never! πŸ˜‚
@ApRiseandShine the phase ends eventually - when you start to realize it's a problem and tell yourself there's no more room but somehow, you manage to keep finding space for just a few more plants until you truly have no more room... and then you realize that you can bring plants to your workspace - and the cycle begins all over again! 🀣
@ballondusoleil Yes exactly! On a more serious note though, it can become a problem if you are β€œhoarding” plants and have no room left but are buying them anyway. This can start to be a problem especially if there is truly no room left.
@LucidAgapanthus this is very true! Part of the reason I got back into houseplants was definitely retail therapy due to a particularly stressful time I was going through. I also know that I have seasonal depression and that I'd need to curb my retail therapy sessions πŸ™ƒ to be able to manage my oasis before fall and winter hit. Feel like I'm in a better place now and doing my best to focus on my current plants 🀞
@ballondusoleil Yeah me too! It is calming going and looking at the plants and caring for them.
Yes! But don’t get so many, that you can’t take care of them! That’s what I did. I became so overwhelmed, I gave them all away. And I had some expensive plants I had won on IG. So be careful.
