@Prentyce volcano queen orchid is a hybrid, so fortunately spared from the book 😂.
Specifically it's genes have like 3 genera squeezed into it, and probably several from each genus. Rhycolaeliocattleya, but it's often just called Cattleya Volcano Island 'Volcano Queen' instead of the long-a$$ name. According to orchidroots.com,this one plant has 29 species ancestors, not including hybrid ancestors 😂

@Araceae thanks: I did a little researching b4 I bought her. She’s very interesting. I haven’t had much time with her. I think she came 2 day b4 I went to California and been back 2 day and now I’m in the hospital 😢🧎🏾♀️please

@RJG thank you but after a few days of being in bed, my blooms seam to have stopped? I have 2 and I don’t want to panic but she was not in the greatest shape when I got her. But she bloomed! @SuperbRaspfern what should I do. I have checked ✔️ the roots still firm, feed her with Orchid mist and food and moved her to less light 💡
