Excited about my new succulent pot!

Got my cuttings from #FatPlants yesterday for my #SpringIntoSummerWinners There were like 20 different succulent cuttings in the package! So excited. I got this cool pot for all of them at Home Depot for under $5 and it is ceramic! Does it look okay the way I put them all into one pot? I moistened the soil and used succulent potting mix. Thank you #gregteam #SpringIntoSummer #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove
@RJG How do I enter these into Greg if they are all in the same pot?
Eclectic. Looks awesome.
A very good question Scott 🫣 one we're still trying to solve.

They should all have similar watering requirement so you could pick one and then water based on the size.

I don't have my succulent arrangements in Greg though I just remember to water them cause I walk by them everyday.
It looks so good!
They look unreal! So perfect!
@vvvelo is gonna definitely participate in our next photo contest πŸ˜‚
@RJG when is the next contest? Am I missing something again? πŸ˜³πŸ˜ˆπŸ™ˆ
Those look awesome!
@vvvelo not yet! I'll make sure you know!
@srdesigns So beautiful! This might not work for you since there are so many varieties here but I enter each one separately for tracking if I don't have that variety elsewhere in Greg and then I keep them on the same watering schedule. Here are some of my arrangements. πŸͺ΄πŸ’• πŸ™‚
@srdesigns OH, one thing I've noticed is that Jades grow much faster than most succulents and have much more dense roots. personally, I'd put the Jades in the middle and then move the more sprawling /tailing ones (Burro's tail and watchchain) out to the edges. You can also think of which ones like more direct sun and which ones get sun burned easier (like the slow growing kiwi aeoniums) so that the taller plants can shade the ones needing less direct sun.
@roxyvivien wow, thanks so much! I will try that.
@srdesigns you're welcome! Keep us updated on the progress of these beauties! πŸ™‚πŸ’•
@roxyvivien so interesting that your experience is completely opposite of mine. My jades are the slowest and my aeoniums the fastest. They are easily 10x faster, not exaggerating. I wonder it depends on climate and placement.
Scott, these are amazing! The colors! @RJG I can’t wait for this to to figured out too. I’d have about 100 more plants to add.
@calvina πŸ’― I'm sure I depends on climate and sunshine. I'm in sunny hot dry Southern California 🌞 3/4 of my succulents are in pots outside on my west facing deck, so I'm sure some plants thrive better there than others.
@roxyvivien Very cool. Actually our environements are similar. I’m in the dry part of Nor Cal and most of my succulents are in large containers or in the ground on the west facing side of the house, mostly outdoors. I have some containers on the east side. And they do respond differently depending on their micro climate.
I’m not good with succulents although I do have a Jade that’s doing very well. So I’m excited to try to get all of these to root and grow enough so I can then separate them into their own pots. I live in New England where we have very long winters so we will see how they do. I do have huge floor to ceiling south facing windows that they should like but keeping them out of full sun until they root.
