@KrunchyWrap Yours are gorgeous! 💗 🌿 When do you think I should repot? I don't want her to fall over - there's no room for her to sprawl in the spot she's in - she'll run into my other plants lol 😂
@roxyvivien She's definitely a and over achiever! Honestly if she isn't root bound I would leave her be. For a while I had to have a stick or pencil to hold mind up. Always best to leave them in the pot because they just grow better all around. How long has she been in the pot though? Depending on that too it could be time. Lol sorry not trying to confuse you!
@KrunchyWrap all good I know repotting is super nuanced. She's been in the pot since may and has tripled her size since then! 😮 LOL I was thinking maybe a repot in September? I like your idea of using sticks to prop her up. Do you know how long the root structure is on Elephant Bush?bis it similar to Jade Ovata? I'm hoping she can take a longer pot so she stands up nice and tall when I repot her.
@roxyvivien Well my big elephant bush is in a hanging basket and when I transpotted her her roots were about half her size. So she is a foot tall at her tallest and a foot and a half wide so her roots were half the length and width of those. My little one has been in an oversized pot since around may as well . She may be growing slowly but I don't want to disturb her honestly since when I first got her it was pretty traumatic since I was almost killing her nonstop bc j was so new to succulents. You could give her the same depth pot bit give her a wider one that way she does have room to lean but do so safely without bumping into others. It'll also give you more space to work with on trying to prop her up and you would but over potting her.
