Incredibly perplexing update….

After checking on Goliath this morning I noticed the stalk that’s been withering is almost fully discolored—I don’t remember it being like that yesterday so I have removed it from the pot in case it’s necrotic or infected (although if it was fungal/bacterial it’s already in the soil for the other two😔)
Are there any steps I should take to ensure the other two stalks don’t die as well?
(At the moment neither of the remaining stalks is showing any sign of discoloration or shriveling.)

Clean it up, clear away any dead parts, so the plant doesn’t focus on trying to bring back those dead parts. It still looks like you have a few white roots? If you have a few good roots, you can do one of two things. You can put it in some water to try and help it bring back its roots, or you can repot it into a smaller container and see if it will make a comeback. But I’d definitely put it in its own pot or whatever. I hope that helps! Best of luck. 🤞
