Just a few tips!
They are epiphytes and need to dry completely before watering.
Yours is overwatered, hence the drooping leaves.
They will stand upright when in need of water.
They are also heavy feeder and need some good quality fertilizer.
They light to be in small pots 4 inches at most when full grown no more than 5 tops.
Well draining airy soil with plenty of aeration. In Africa they come up in tight spaces between rocks. Very little soil you need to replicate that.
A ceramic or porcelain pot is best you want your plant to have airflow but not dry too fast this will help.
