Do you have it under a grill light buying bloomed at Christmas and it’s trying to start little buds all over again and I think it’s because of the grow light

I was told to keep it in a dark space for a certain number of hours without any light peeking through and then bring it back to where it’s normally kept.
I’ve yet to try this to see if it works .

It’s in the living room where it’s pretty dark during the day and then I turn on the grow lights at night because they are so bright. You can’t even see the TV L O L. We have them mounted on the ceiling and two of them one of them on each end of the living room on including a picture so you can see what type I use.
