@LaSiguanaba Agreed! They make me so happy! Do you remember that 4" Thanksgiving Cactus I bought not long ago with hot pink blooms? It was completely full of blooms. Every single one of them, except for one, fell off without opening. So depressing. I bought it from the store less than a mile from my house. The white one my mother-in-law gave me for my birthday and I drove it 4 hours from her house to mine and it's perfectly fine. Explain that! Lol
@princesspitstop It’s funny you mention this story because a similar thing happened to me with this little cactus. It had tons of blooms and then all but 2 fell off! So, because hope springs eternal or I’m a sucker, I bought a bigger Christmas cactus today with tons of buds on it! I hope this one will actually bloom for me.🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
@princesspitstop l don’t have an explanation but it’s not uncommon for them to drop unopened buds when you purchase them. I guess it’s the change in conditions. I count it a blessing if some of the buds open!
