@SimpleSucculent I don’t have much experience with cacti as I don’t own any except my dragonfruits, but with bromeliads and air plants I know to leave the baby until it is at least one third of the size of the other plant. That goes for VFTs too.
@botanicalarts you can at any time if they have their own roots, but I am going to wait until they’re bigger. The longer they stay attached to the mother, the better-they’ll grow faster and bigger 🤗
@ILoveMyPlants I’m going to leave them on for a while! See how big they get. And yes, I have a ton of pots, waiting for the right plants! Lol
@Fireplace yeah. Once I made the mistake of taking a pup out without letting it grow roots…. I’ve learned from that!
@SimpleSucculent I think we all did that at one point. I took some baby VFTs with no roots one time and they all died. And a baby bromeliad.
