My sister ( @Maddsplantz ) had this wonderful idea of making a plant scrapbook. ☺️ So we got binders and notebooks, a whole bunch of my mom’s scrapbooking stuff, and we are gonna make a page or two dedicated to one plant with care instructions and different information about them, along with their names and when we got them. Over time, the goal is to fill up a binder or sketchbook with all our lovely plants! 🥰🪴

@Idplantthat thank you so much!! It’s been a work in progress and I’m nowhere near where I’d like to be 😂😅 But trust me, it’s all Pinterest . I just copy the shapes.I like to use this tip I got from YouTube once: when drawing with a reference, focus on the individual shapes of the lines instead of the overall image you’re trying to create. Your brain will try to trick you if you focus on the whole image.

@BuffCaperspurge someone will need to give me an assignment! I can do the work its just the ideas in my head have all been used up over 65 yrs!! And not all appropriate for family viewing but u give me a topic and ill have a story for u (may have to change the names to protect the innocent ) unless someone is named Tracy Smucker (that code u may crack!) lolol🫶🪴 im really loving this idea guys!!!!

@BuffCaperspurge Make a page for your current favorite plant! List things on it like care tips, colors of the plant, genus, etc :) And just let your creativity flow and guide you 🫶🏻
@JesssJungle I think that’s awesome!! You could even keep that book and just add little doodles or stickers to it! Or if you wanted you could press leaves onto it
