What’s wrong with my Lemon-lime dracaena? It is developing yellow spots and some leaves are splitting into 3 along color lines.
10ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 6 days ago
Do you fertlize regularly?
Looks like alot of tips are gone. You could have some long term fertlizer damage?
If you think that might be it id either sit the pot in a water bath up to the soul level for 15 minutes then take it out and let the water run off. OR! Repot in fresh soil
Water baths are always a good thing anyway. It leaches out salts fertlizer and mineral build up. And it refluffs the soil to beat compaction issues
Also when you take the pot out. Rais it slowly so the water doesnt just gush out. That will just pull the soil back down. If that makes sense?
@TheConservator i bright it home in Jan 2024 then fertilized in March and Oct. it’s still in its nursery pot inside the ceramic pot. I’ve been top watering with tap water left out 24 hrs. I think watering is about every 2 weeks. I just read that these prefer distilled water so poured rather a lot in hoping to flush salts etc but I’ll try your suggestion to soak it. Thank you!
