What’s up everyone . This cactus is looking tremendously beautiful and happy. With winter coming on the horizon should I move these inside out of the frost? And if so is a grow light needed?

I would say yes, and yes😄 But try to place it somewhere a little colder than your livingroom. Around 10-15 celsius is best during winter.
