Alfie the ghost plant's health woes and baby!

My bronze ghost plant, Alfie, is giving me some concerns with his lower leaves and how much color he’s lost, but also the leaf I left to propogate is sprouting a baby!!
He usually lives in my office, but we’re on holiday break so I have him under a grow light (I’ve since moved the snake plant and lowered the grow light so it’s more focused) the photos are in reverse chronological order and the last one is when I first got him before he had any lost color or shriveled leaves. I assume the color is due to lack of natural sunlight, but the leaves and the legginess are both concerning. Any tips? I’m worried to overwater him but I water him whenever the soil is dry. (Also I do not use the kettle atm and would move it first!!)

The plant is healthy, good job πŸ‘. The plant turns green in Winter because of the Sun not being that intense. The plant will become more brown/ Sun stressed (it's not a bad thing) in Summer.
The leaf color is normal from light intensity
@SvelteKingfern so I don’t need to be worried about the lower leaves dropping?
No need to worry, it's a normal part of life for Alfie to drop lower leaves. Hence this lovely rosette on a long stem. The leaves look plump and healthy.
You can propagate the leaf in a succulent soil. There are roots already. πŸ€—
@SvelteKingfern okay awesome, thank you!! I wasn’t sure since a lot of pictures of ghost plants show much less stem and a lot more leaves πŸ˜… he’s also definitely leaning from being so top-heavy πŸ˜‚ but as long as he’s healthy, I’m happy!!
I think Alfie is tall and handsome! I hope he’s enjoying his vacation from work! πŸ˜‚
The new green growth is etiolation (lack of light) to keep it from getting to leggy & get the color back I'd get a second growlight and move the Alfie no more than 6 inches directly under it. Make sure the growlight is on for 12-14 hours. πŸ€ŽπŸ§‘πŸ’šHope that helps!
@roxyvivien thank you!! He’s back at work with me now getting real sunlight, and I decided to go ahead and propagate him to take care of the legginess and have a little planty gift to give 😁 I watched several videos so fingers crossed it will go well!
