My plant dropped all its leaves in the middle of the stem awhile AFP and they haven't grown back. The leaves at the bottom and the top look healthy but the plant just looks a bit wonky. ๐ Any ideas or suggestions on chopping it and propogating the top half? #PropagationStation

I had to go looking for this plant! It seems like a succulent ... but it looks like a pine!
I've never seen one like this and I'm not sure if it's more like a pine or more like a succulent.
I imagine you can cut it back and new growth could come from below the cut area BUT I'd love to know what @Kiersten knows. If it's more like a succulent, I imagine you can propagate the top cuttings.
HOWEVER to err on the side of wonkiness, have you considered embracing its unique form? I like watching my plants grow in their natural ways sometimes. I imagine what it will look like in two years or ten years.
Also, are the stems able to be trained with wire? That could also be fun!
