hey all, is something wrong with my elephant bush’s leaves ?

last night the right one was having some discoloration and this is what i saw during my morning look over. any advice is appreciated!

The plant looks relatively healthy, it could be that the discoloration is just sun stress which is a desirable feature for succulent owners

@Seedstarter that branch is closest to the grow light :o so strange is started from the bottom of the leaf though, i thought that usually happened at the tips

@corgikay it really depends on where the light hits it most intensely; elephant bushes can show heat stress through their trunk/branches upwards. To remedy this you could move the light or the plant away from each other. It should go back to normal after that.
