If the brown tips are mushy you may be overwatering. If they’re crispy they may be burnt or under watered. I think these plants tend to become root bound as well if you have reported in a long time

Thank you so much. @Plantnerds Yes they are crispy. It was repotted a few months ago. I will increase the water a wee bit.

Very likely. This guy doesn't like water. It does better starved.
