Ooh yes! I love that game! My kitty and I play it all the time! 😂😂😼😠😫 Ironing board to deter her from jumping up onto the "plant desk", bamboo skewer domes to prevent tiny babies from getting ripped out, funky balloon shapes next to plants I don't want her to touch and also random pieces of pot pourri that she hates the smell of 😉👍
Sooooo, this may sound a little far out there, but… I lost my cat of 18 years a while ago, but I think he visits me sometimes & leaves me signs in my plants. For example this 1 & only leaf that seems to have Kitty chew marks on it 😂 The marks appeared a couple weeks ago & I haven’t been able to come up with any kind of logical explanation for them 🤷♀️
@angi Oh that is definitely your cat visiting. So sweet. He wants you to know he’s still with you. In my last apartment, I used to see a black cat. I have two but this one was different. I never mentioned it to my kids. Then I heard my daughter telling a friend about “ghost cat”. She would see him in the same places I did. I believe.
@angi That’s it exactly. I had a white cat and a chubby tuxedo named Harley. Ghost cat was all black and slinky. I always saw him in or near the kitchen.
One day i was on my laptop at the kitchen table. I reached out to pet Harley on the chair next to me. Not only wasn’t there a cat on the chair, but the chair was pulled away from the table. Freaked me out! But also I thought it was pretty cool. Harley was sound asleep on my bed.

@mars.is.mad You know I’ve wondered about that. Would that make her think all plants are tasty? 😋 Have you tried it? It’s weird. She only goes after certain ones.
@Hypsie yeah! I’d try it my cat seems to like to copy me lol it’s their way of showing love it’s called mirroring! It’s super interesting! But giving them a yes this is yours makes them feel heard lol I do baby my kitty a lot tho lol like when I’m on the computer I have a super old broken one I set up for her to lay down on if i can’t be bothered, same thing with video game controllers
