@TheConservator take cuttings and sell mature? I've been taking cuttings on non-hoyas and giving away large rooted plants. I like the big leaves, but small pot sizes.

@Sassylimey the string hoyas are a little harder to parent, but other hoyas are much easier to root.
@MerryOmPlntom24 oh, Aglaonemas are gorgeous!! I'm more of a chunky soil mix plant mama, so it took me really having to adjust to their care. I have pots of different aglaonemas mixed together.

@AwesomePlants i was super happy with my 6$ frsh cuttings from slanton. Each 1 actually had 3-4 nodes so i made that many starts from each.

Yes! I've been looking at this little baby Global Green pothos, I have been wanting her for a little terrarium of mine! After I had checked off the last on my most immediate wishlist, i am trying to be fiscally responsible. But who can say no to more plants π
there are still hoyas, I'd like to have. The hoya denisii and hanhiae, are at the top of what I would like to and could get. As for orchids, if I can find them, the clowesia Grace Dunn and the blc Hercules are strong contenders.

I think I would need to add another Fatsia, I really love them they are one of my favorites. I would put this Fatsia in my bedroom. They are simple yet beautiful and you don't see many people that have them. I try to get less popular plants. In fact the last Fatsia I got the buyer tried to talk me out of. She said people always say they have a hard time with them.

Hi everybody!!! Iβm looking to add an Albo Monstera (or any albo plants would be cool) or an Nβjoy pothos. Iβd also like a Birkin philodendron because I had a cutting last year and since I was so new to taking care of plants, I accidentally killed it. I would like a second chance at that one for sure. Honestly any plant will do though haha.
@princesspitstop hmm, not sure large (at lease mine havenβt) but oh man are they tricky (at least for me) they have a terrible nickname of βif I dry, I dieβ so if the green changes color or starts to dry out itβs a goner.. you canβt bring them back. So they have to maintain a constant moisture in the soil without overwatering. Needless to say, Iβve lost a few. ππ’ BUT I love them! You can make a tea out of them and personally I think the smell is amazing! π€© itβs like nothing else Iβve smelled. I take those and my lemon verbena dry them and mix them together sometimes adding a little lavender or eucalyptus depending on if I want relaxing or more energetic π€ͺ definitely recommend them if you donβt mind the challenge of them. π€π€£

@Idplantthat it looks like a plant that I'm familiar with like growing up with my grandma but I would remember if it smelled so I'm sure it's not the same. I vaguely remember running my fingers down the stem until the leaves came off. To the dismay of my grandmother I'm sure lol yeah I don't know if I can take on anything like that right now. Things just might be a little hectic right now I'd for sure introduce him to his maker. Lol It is pretty thorough.

I've been eyeing a monstera.... I've always wanted one, but I'm new to the game (I'm a natural at spider plants... forget to water them allllll the time.... I have like.... 8 π«£π they're doing awesome!) So I want to get some know-how before I just "buy and die".... I'd also take just about anyyyyyyy succulent, everrrr. I just got a lifesaver succulent, and it looks fake, and I love it, and I hope I don't kill it!
π Hi everyone, I havenβt been on Greg for awhile, starting with planting in May-June all my vegs and flowers outside, then had to clean and declutter for a visit from my daughter, her husband and our 2 grandkids, who live in Florida. And of course, tho thinking of retiring, I am still working full time. So. A plant I want is a curly spider plant. I love spider plants and have several but NEED a curly one. Also wanted to say to @FlowerLove79 Gina, here is my bloom on one of my Desert Roses. Kind of close but not the same, but pretty. And to @HappySelah25 Michelle, I am like you, as far as age and still working full time and planning to retire, and loving plants. Would love to email, my address is on my oasis. That goes for Gina too and any other Gregger. Later I will show the flowers I have been growing this summer. @Sassylimey Sarah, i didnβt know you were sick, so sorry! And I hope you are all recovered now. Just wanted to mention that my desert rose bloomed once, after I brought it home from Florida a couple years ago. Then it bloomed againβ at the time my family from Florida, who live near the nursery where I got it, were visiting last week!!!! Bloom is still there.

@Elk i call thise the home depot and lowes unicorn plants. They get 2-3 of some harder to get ones with each shipment. But they go fast. Sometimes if you follow lowes on fb you do get insider info. They dont say exactkyvwhat usually. But theyll say stuff like fresh shipment of urban jungle plants arriving tomorrow!

The only one I really want is the philodendron Petaluma . Itβs been on my wish list since Audrey got me into them . I canβt find anyone of the #brunchataudreys gang to tag so I jope this helps

@HeirPygmypoppy Welcome, Gloria! I recommend most pothos as easier care, along with ponytail palms and zz plants. But I find that among plant lovers, most of us have types of plants that we are especially good with, and others we have chronic trouble with, no matter what types others are good at or not. I have/had an awesome PP. His name is/was Bunny because his velvety leaves reminded of bunny ears. One of window shelves let go and when I came home I found poor Bunny on the floor in a puddle of his own soil. I did my best to save him. He survived but itβs touch and go right now. Please π pray for little Bunny

I've significantly narrowed my plant collecting to just a few species, including my number one fave, Tradescantia. There's a brand new Tradescantia pallida cultivar called 'Marley' recently discovered in the Puerto Rican rainforest. It's the result of spontaneous mutation in the wild. It's just started popping up in a few Etsy shops and I'm very interested in acquiring one π€ Its variegation is similar to T. pallida 'Pink Stripe', but with less purple and more yellow and bluish-green stripes.
