Dwarf flf success on #FreshLeafFriday

Can we just pretend it's #FreshLeafFriday for a minute?
The was a young lady having a hard time chopping her FLF so I chopped mine along with her- now I have THREE GROWTH POINTS! When I'm really old, this plant is going to be AMAZING!

Wow!! Thatโ€™s so awesome!!
@sarahsalith I had the same thing 3 new leaves on my small one. But mines not chopped or anything like yours. Thatโ€™s awesome on your new growth. Congratulations ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿฅฐ
Nice growth, the first pic growth looks like a beautiful bird ๐Ÿ˜‰ I'm sure we all have new growth so every day is #newgrowth ๐Ÿ’ž๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿชด๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’—
Nice!
@sarahsalith chop?? Do tell. I have a flf, should I be chopping it
@Jilliebeanstalk If you chop it, there's a good chance you'll get multiple growth points instead of one tall stem. (: AND you get more plants!!
@sarahsalith chop where??
Where do you want it to branch? How big do you want your cuttings. Hold tight, let me go to mine.
@Jilliebeanstalk
This was the big one I chopped recently.
@Jilliebeanstalk
Then this is the smaller one I chopped. I rooted what I chopped in the first picture and gave it to my son's girlfriend.

It branched and then I cut it again with someone who was afraid to cut her tree. I have the two tiny stems in perlite.

I'm hoping it'll branch again. (:
@Jilliebeanstalk
So the short answer is: in between nodes (growth points). You can chop it at the top so it branches, or you can chop a stem that has more length to get a better piece to root.
@Jilliebeanstalk
@sarahsalith awesome!!! Thank you so much, I will be chopping in the very near future. Ooooh this is exciting.
