Finally, spring is here, and the outdoor plants are not holding back at all! It feels like the garden beds were empty just a month ago. As much as I’d love to show off every little thing coming up in the garden, I can’t. But, one plant I will to show off is this elephant ear! After an uneventful winter, this guy pops up with a first leaf that measures 16 inches long! I’ve never seen such an explosion of growth, and I can’t wait to see how big this guy gets (and maybe some flowers too 🤞!)
