Having some issues with my prayer plant. Starting getting yellow leaves at the start of the week. Watered a couple of days ago maybe 2 days after app stated. Soil was dry.Leavez had white dry patched looked on line and stated might have spider mites. Rinsed off leaves with ward water, moved it to a stand by itself. I got some both nerm and peppermint spray. What do I need to do?

Here's a current picture. The leaf in front is dying but it looks like a new growth is coming in. I removed the other dead yellowed leaves.
