@sarahsalith Aww Sarah, you are too kind! 🥹 The mother plant was at my office space and got the best afternoon sunlight - it was even direct sunlight and she just thrived! The mother plant is still going strong and is putting off new growth where I clipped off the babies! I am sorry to hear your plant has been struggling! I am glad to know I have inspired you! 🫶🏼 These plants propagate SO well in water! I got a two leaf “start” from my mother-in-law and now the rest is history. Keep me posted on how that goes! I am curious to see what your experience is! 💜

@elisenavidad I had no idea either!!!! 😂 I was shocked! Apparently these plants LOVE to be root bound. I have had this plant in the same pot for a good while now; then that leaf came out. I was like “you are staying where you are for now because you are so HAP!!!!”

@elisenavidad - aww yes, be patient with your little one, because all of a sudden - it’s like BAM! And it just grows like crazy!!
@ThunderCat Kat, my first thought is that each pot is too big. Always good to choose the pot based on the size of the rootball and not the size of the plant. Do you have pots to downsize? My next thought-how often do you water them?

@theloveofplants i currently don’t have any smaller pots. If that will I make that happen before they are too far gone 😭 also, I have been following this apps for watering
@ThunderCat - you could always get a nursery pot from the store to put the plant in as it recovers. They are not expensive. Sometimes you have to adjust your watering schedule. If the app tells me to water and if the soil is still too wet - I will snooze the request to water.
