What are these brown streaks on my #BirdOfParadise leaf? Only one leaf has them.

I just had this same problem 😅 it’s from overwatering or there being poor drainage and it sitting being wet for too long. If you don’t already, I would put it in a chunkier mix to help it dry out a little better in the bottom so it doesn’t keep getting these marks on it. The new leaves will look good if the problem is fixed but unfortunately the brown spots on the existing leaves won’t disappear
