do you know much about Hoya Fitchii?
๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ so shiny
@newpoort Not personally but I know a bit about hoyas in general. Whatโ€™s up? โ˜บ๏ธ
@HoyaAddict thereโ€™s a rooted cutting of one being sold locally to me that iโ€™m thinking of getting, but i couldnโ€™t find much info about it other than a few people selling cutting and such, was just wondering if youโ€™ve come across it! do you have any advice for what to do with a rooted hoya cutting?
@newpoort Definitely ๐Ÿ˜Š I find my Hoya cuttings will root very quickly in damp (not wet) sphagnum moss. Extra humidity like a prop box or clear plastic bag can help but not necessary. If you donโ€™t like or have moss, 100% perlite or leca in a plastic cup can work well. Third choice is just water (add a pothos cutting if you have any for extra rooting hormones) but I find water is very slow zzz. Hope this helps ๐Ÿ˜€
@HoyaAddict the cutting iโ€™m looking at is already in sphagnum moss so iโ€™ll just keep it in that for now, but i did order some leca today that should be here soon ๐Ÿ˜„ thank you so much for the info!!
@newpoort Youโ€™re welcome โ˜บ๏ธ It will definitely grow roots in moss! You can post pics when it arrives and tag me if you have any questions or concerns.
