Happy #WhatTheSuccWednesday everyone! 🌿 we have almost made it through the week!
Here’s what I have for this weeks #WhatTheSucc post…
1. Sedum arrangement I put together today. 3 different types of sedum included.
2. A sempervivum I planted in my rock garden, they are hardy where I live and will come back next spring!
3. Delosperma I also planted in my rock garden. I love how the flowers open and close through the day! This is a great plant to add for color. It’s super easy to take care of.
4. The bottom level of my succulent shelf
5. My new snake plant! I got it planted in my new pot, this weekend😍 if anyone knows the exact name please comment below! #SucculentSquad #HappyPlants #SucculentLove #Succulents #Succulent #SnakePlant #SnakePlantSquad #Sedum #PlantShelfie #SuccerForSucculents #Delosperma #BloomingSuccs #NewGrowth #PlantAddict #PlantsMakePeopleHappy
That snake plant is beautiful! Not sure of the type though. 🤔
@TidyTigerpear Gorgeous stuff as usual! Love the snake, but not sure of its identity.
@TidyTigerpear Oooh, do you know the name of the Sempervivum variety you have? I'm really getting into that genus.
@Charli3Plant I do not! It came in a mixed sedum arrangement and the tag just said sedum/sempervivum mix ! Sorry wish I could be better help. I’m not to familiar with them, as far as being able to indentify them right off the bat, they are a lot like echeveria in that way being hard to indentify because they look similar and there are so many.
But from my perspective they all like the same thing as far as care/light and water needs.
So cool! I also planted a couple of ice plants, hoping they will survive the summer heat.
I think the dark green fluffy sedum is especially beautiful! I need this one!
@Charli3Plant Charlie, the state farmers market has the best deals on sempervivums. You can buy gorgeous mature chicks for 5 bucks there. Whereas if you order them online same plants will cost at least twice as much.
You have a great outdoor look. I love sedums; also pet safe 🐶🐱 which ones are in your three?
@DesertGreen Jenny’s stonecrop, sedum polytrichoides, & sedum saxangulare
