I have survived the thrips apocalypse! ๐๐บ๐ผ
After releasing my beneficial bugs they started to eat each other because lack of food, now thereโs only a few โwinner bugsโ left and they are slowing dying off of hunger.
I havenโt see a single sign of thrips damage, but I have seen some stress on my plants that were in high humidity isolation. Now we just have to give them time and return to regular watering and hope everyone bounces back nicely!
I still vow by the nematodes, by the time I release the beneficial bugs as a last insurance they had already done the hard work.
Itโs so nice to be able to let my babies breathe again and not have to stair at plastic bags all over the place, BUT the two months of hard work and dedication to the system has WORKED! ๐๐บ๐ผ

Dear Karine...
You are an example to us all!!!!
Congratulations ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ฅณ for your patience and love.
It's very rare...if fact, you're the only person I know...for anyone to use Nematodes.
The second post that I'm aware of is myself, being one of those people.
It took a while, but thanks to the advice of @SuperbRaspfern, who recommended to use to finally use them as a "last resort".
We tried lots of other things, but the heavy infestation of those persistent and annoying fungus wouldn't leave my poor Golden Pathos alone!
She's now ๐ฏ bug free and gorgeous. And, those tiny miserable fungus gnats are gone!!!
They also hit some other of my plants, but we were able to get those under control organically.
I will not, and do not, use pesticides.

@CutePolypremum I am in the the same boat as you my friend! Thank you for the kind words insecticidal soap is as far as I would go! ๐ so happy to hear success stories Iโm not going to lie, when they came back for round two I was so close on just GIVING UP! Iโm so glad I didnโt and as annoying as they are, what a learning journey! ๐คฃ๐ญ๐บ๐ผ
