I just woke up and i think there’s mold on my echaveria
7” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 week ago
It could be one of two things; a natural waxy coating succulents get called farina. It protects them from sun, water, and pathogens. Or Mildew which would appear splotchy and fuzzy.
It’s fuzzy
Hilow do i get rid of it
How
@Kiwi9270 it’s definitely mold. I’d toss the whole thing. You can head chop if the stem is ok.
Do you let water sit in the center after you water it? 🚿
@Elk i try not to
You could wipe it off carefully using a soft, damp rag or equivalent with a hydrogen peroxide and water solution that is more water than hydrogen peroxide, then dust the plant with a bit of ground or powdered cinnamon.

Still, the development of mold on the leaves may indicate that the environment or the plant might be too wet or humid, which can ultimately kill a succulent. You might want to cut back on the watering and increase airflow somehow
