Can anyone help me? This #Hedera or #EnglishIvy leaves keep crisping and dying, is it soo much sun, not enough water? I’m confused #PlantGraveyard

Hey hey Archie. It is highly likely that both of those assumptions are accurate. What does the soil feel like 1.5-2 inches below the surface? What’s the plants’ window orientation? Ivy does t have to have direct sunlight. It just needs a well lit room. If the soil is dry, do a bottom drink. Prune dying leaves to prevent wasted energy and she’ll probably be ok.
I had same dilemma before.😳 both under and overwatering can give u the crisping and dying state.πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈso i took them out of the soil and found out that there was root rot. Cut the brown/black roots and placed them in this gray glass vase with just water. Now they’re happy!πŸ₯°
@noemijane1 I have the same plant thriving in another location maybe it’s the sun I’m not sure! I don’t overwater but my soil mix wasn’t great I’ve just swapped it out
