Got all but one of my new birthday plants potted up in their new homes yesterday! πŸͺ΄

I also haven’t showed you guys my project I have been working on with my shells I brought back from the beach recently.
I put them on two of my pots & a plant stand using super glue. I really like how they came out & it was fun to fit them together like a puzzle!
I decided to put my Gasteraloe β€˜D Tiga’ in one & my Haworthia Angustifolia in the other.

I also potted my pink Syngonium in a pot with a watering tray so it evenly waters it, & also let it spend some time next to the humidifier today. I love the colors! 🌸

Lastly, I repotted my Speckled Hoya Carnosa & my Black Cardinal Philodendron. I’m hoping I can figure these guys out & keep them alive since I have never owned a Hoya before & my last Black Cardinal died πŸ˜¬πŸ˜³β€¦ can someone let me know some care tips for the Hoyas ?

Happy Birthday! πŸŽ‚πŸŽŠ Good Morning! 🌞 I own a few Hoyas, and I have mine potted in a succulent soil mix inside a terracotta planter. Also do not water, until the soil is dry. As my Hoya, starting growing, I put it on a trellis, for the leaves to get big and sun stress in a south facing window. I wrap the Hoyas tendrils around the trellis, to make more leaves and flowers grow. Hope this helps! πŸ˜‰
Love your work. Very nice job πŸ’š

@TidyTigerpear that’s a great idea with the shells! I have them every time I come back and never know what to do with them!πŸͺ΄πŸ˜
So lovely!! And the shell idea is so clever! My hoyas have been very forgiving, but they’ve really thrived being near a humidifier and good light! One is near a south window and the other two near a grow light. They’re pretty indestructible! (Except for my daughter who put hers in a dark, cold basement and never watered it πŸ™ƒ).
@Luckeecharm1 thank you ! 😊
@MamaLinne yes I’m glad I got to use them for something this time! And okay good to know thanks!
@SweetAzurebluet yes this deff helps ! Thank you for your tips! And thank you for the birthday wishes
@TidyTigerpear You’re welcome, here is a couple of my Hoyas! See the Hoyas tendrils, in the second photo, I have wrapped around the trellis. I was told to always have them facing upward⬆️
