Is this plant labelled correctly? Is this "Eva" not Chinese Taro?

I repotted my #Alocasia Rugosa about a month ago now and oh my goshhh look at this new leaf she’s grown! UPDATE on my Alocasia dragon scale that wasn’t doing too good: Guys! I found three little nubs poking out of the soil! Do you think they’re from corms or from the mother corm!? Can’t believe this! 😄 also, do you guys think I should cut off the remaining leaf so the plant has more energy for those nubs? The leaf has been dying for a long time now. Also, I know the soil looks dry but don’t worry it isn’t.
