Very easy plant to care for. It won’t hold it against you if you forget to water it. I water mine about every two-three weeks but could go longer if need be as it hold water in its base. Light requirements are low to high so pretty much where ever you want to put it.

Easy plant to take care of. It doesn’t mind if you miss a watering and light requirements are just about anywhere in your home.

I have this plant against a wall beside a window. It doesn’t get a lot of light, but it has done so well. I did not water it once during the winter and it survived and thrived. It is finally putting out new growth!

Beautiful, rich, green leaves. The vertical growth and leaves all the way up the stem makes it a very stand out plant.
The only “problem” I’ve had with this plant is that it likes a warmer climate (nothing below 65°F) and where I live gets quite cold so keeping the temperature consistent can at times be a challenge in winter months.

This is one of the most interesting plants I own and I love its bright new leaves as well as the dark mature leaves. I started out with less than 5 branches and now there’s well over 20! This plant did really well in the winter and has continued to grow all year round. It does attract pesky pest and can be very annoying when they’re flying around or crawling around in the soil.

This plant requires lots and lots of attention, sunlight, and water. I plan to repot it this summer and see how propagation goes.

Overall, this has become one of my favor friends!

This plant is strong and doesn’t require frequent watering. She is a survivor and will give you many children. She always looks beautiful and lush.

Both of my ZZ plants are among my favorite plants because they’re so resilient. They can go a long while without being watered, and do pretty well in low light situations (Eg far from a window, north-facing window).

Keep an eye out for the little “root balls” that form at or slightly below the soil surface. These are called rhizomes and they store extra water, like a camel’s back does, and they’re one of the reasons ZZ plants are awesome.

This plant can survive in nearly any amount of light, and only needs to be watered once a month or so. Honestly a great plant to have if you're forgetful or have a darker apartment with limited natural light.

ZZ plants are extremely forgiving and basically thrive off of neglect. I water mine thoroughly once a month and it’s GOOD. Because they don’t require much water, the soil isn’t moist a lot, therefore, making this a plant that doesn’t really attract pests such as fungus gnats which are the most common.
