So easy. I water her maybe twice a month and in the warm seasons, she grows fast. She gets indirect light above a southern facing window.

It will keep itself alive, it’s a survivor. Once I went on a two week trip, watered it just before I left, and when I came back, it had shot up! It was still super healthy even though I didn’t water it! Definitely get this plant if you have track record of killing them!

Seems to be doing well in my medium lit kitchen. It does receive some bright indirect light in the evening but not very long. Can’t wait to see how much it will grow. I water Zora about every three weeks 🙂

Really love this plant. Had problems with root rot when I first got it but now it's doing really well on a low water routine.

I love this idiot proof plant. It doesn’t need direct light, it needs water about once a week and fertilizer every now and then and it’s happy. It sends out a new branch about every two weeks. Mine had doubled in size in 7 months.

Years ago, I killed a so-called “impossible-to-kill” ZZ plant by overwatering. It also got very leggy and unruly, but I didn’t know anything about pruning it back or propagating. I wish I did so o could have saved it or at least made new babies.

When I first got Tod he had brown spots, and hes just gotten more over time. I still love him but i got Super Greg to figure out how to fix that.

This type of ZZ plant produces pretty dark green/ black leaves as it ages. Easy plant to start out with, will survive on low light, but to see this beauty thrive I think moderate indirect light is best. It is however prone to root rot and overwatering. Another draw back is that it’s a slow grower, but it’s worth it to have in your collection!
