Finding light for Bittersweet in your home
Woody Nightshade love being close to bright, sunny windows 😎.
Place it less than 1ft from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Woody Nightshade does not tolerate low-light 🚫.

How to fertilize Woody Nightshade
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Woody Nightshade after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Tomato plant support! My tomato plant got damaged from a lack of support. I have since repotted Elina and given her the support she deserves. Will she recover? Is there anything I can do to ensure her recovery?

Baby tomatoes! Just wanted to introduce yall to my tomato sprouts. Their about a month old and growing really slow, but they are starting to get their true leaves

I worry about weird things like lonely plants. So, these guys came from a store tomato that started sprouting on my counter, I HATE when they do that because I always feel compelled to save the sprouts 😭 they of course are much too big for their (composting) pots and there are a lot of exposed roots underneath, I lift them daily to keep them from establishing in the broken pot (thanks, hubby -.- ) and I want to get them into a proper home BUT! I learned a while ago that plants 'sing' to each other via roots and I'm thinking, what if I'm breaking up a close sibling group and they get Sad 😔 and I'm trying really hard to make myself understand just how silly that is, then I just pet them and grapple with reality again hahaha

Winter tomatoes? So whenever I leave a tomato out too long and they send out sprouts, I'm viscerally compelled to stick the new babies in soil. This batch was especially vibrant and are already way too big for their (rotting) peat pots. My probably dumb question is, how much light can I get away with keeping them in once I put them in pots that will allow them to grow for real? I really want to make myself a greenhouse with an existing structure someday, but a single grow light and brick walls (1 large west picture window) need some expensive upgrades before I can move any plants out there and expect them to live. In the meantime, will regular household lights keep them alive? I've got grow-lite bulbs in a corner space for a rehab tree, but they're about '6 up and I'm not confident they're strong enough for tomatoes (I got them cheap on Amazon).
