How to fertilize Chinese Scholartree

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Chinese Scholartree after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

#babyplants I'm a huge proponent of upcycling and my glass jar collection has been used for everything from snow globes, craft containers, homemade sauce holders and recently, mini greenhouses. The instructions that came with my seeds said they were incredibly picky about germinating, it called for a heating pad, specific temperature and water regulation but I'll be real, ain't nobody got time for that 💀 I put the little guy in a peat pot, folded the edges to fit, got the soil moist and left it alone in the kitchen window (my sunniest spot). About a week later he popped out, and has been left entirely alone with the exception of my mighty need to take pictures. I'm lof him and the magic of new baby plants 🪴 #newplants #chinesescholartree #japanesepagodatree #indoorplants #indoorgreenhouse #newgrowth #germinationstation #germination
