I've had marginal success in the past with air plants, but going to try again. Typically I can grow anything.. I've read to put it in a porous pot with well draining soil and alternatively no soil...thanks for all tips #AirPlant

The app is telling me to fertilize this plant. With what? I currently take it out of the skeleton and soak in water from my dogs bowl about every 10 days for 30 minutes then let dry upside down before replacing. #AirPlant #fertilizingairplant #fertilizer

Surprisingly the tips brown pretty easily if it’s not spritzed with water frequently enough. Some people soak them once a month or so but last time I did that I forgot about it over night and almost killed the poor thing. I’ll stick to spraying it

This plant is super easy to take care of. Just keep them out of sunlight and do not pour water on them, only spray them a little maybe once a month if that. Very easy to maintain. They do not grow very much either so super great for a bedroom.

So easy. So so so easy. Just soak them every now and then! Air plants are fun because you can just set them in random places that a full size plant might not fit or work.

Some of the easiest plants to take care of, just make sure not to overwater them or hold off on watering them for too long.

My favorite of all airplants ! It’s adorable and fuzzy and surprisingly grows fairly quickly. I just place it in a bowl of water weekly and let it dry for about three hours before placing it back on its display.

I bought 5, they were all the same variety, 2 died within 2 weeks. They all were watered on the same day and roughly together in the same location with the same sun. Not sure how 2 died but 3 are good

This plant will basically survive anything! You have to make sure it’s soil is damp at all times, or else the leaves will start to brown and die. It is a fast grower, but you have to make sure to pull the dead leaves off so it can form new ones more easily!

Super easy to take care of. I soak in water for 20 to 25 minutes one day a week and then mist once or twice a week depending on how humid the house is. This is one of my first air plants and has survived my learning curve, so that’s impressive!
